This policy explains how Dev3 Studio handles information when authorized team members, clients, and collaborators use Dev3 Studio Hub.
Who operates Hub
Dev3 Studio operates Dev3 Studio Hub. Questions or requests about personal information can be sent to hello@dev3.studio.
Information we collect
When you use Google Sign-In, Hub receives your name, email address, profile image, and Google account identifier. Hub requests only the basic identity information needed to authenticate you.
Hub also stores information created through its features, such as projects, tasks, documents, media, time records, billing records, client details, access permissions, and sharing activity.
How we use information
- Authenticate users and maintain secure sessions.
- Decide which workspaces and shared content a user may access.
- Provide the project, document, billing, and collaboration features.
- Protect Hub, investigate problems, and provide support.
- Meet applicable contractual and legal obligations.
Google user data
Google account information is used only for authentication, access control, and account identification within Hub. Hub does not request or access Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, contacts, or other Google product data.
We do not sell Google user data or use it for advertising. Access to Google account information is limited to Dev3 Studio and service providers that process it as needed to operate Hub.
Storage and service providers
Hub uses self-hosted authentication, database, and private object storage services, plus selected email and infrastructure providers. Providers process information only as needed to deliver their services to Dev3 Studio or when required by law.
Retention and deletion
We retain account and workspace information while it is needed to provide Hub, maintain business records, resolve disputes, protect the service, or satisfy legal obligations. You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information by contacting hello@dev3.studio. Some records may be retained where the law or a legitimate business obligation requires it.
Security
Dev3 Studio applies reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so users should promptly report suspected unauthorized access.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as Hub or its legal obligations change. The effective date above will be updated when material changes are published.
