Terms of Service

Authorized access

Hub is a private service. You may use it only if Dev3 Studio has authorized your account or invited you to specific content. Google Sign-In verifies your identity but does not itself grant access.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Access content or accounts you are not authorized to use.
• Share credentials or bypass access and security controls.
• Upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing material.
• Disrupt, probe, reverse engineer, or misuse Hub.

Content and business records

You remain responsible for information you submit to Hub and for ensuring you have permission to share it. Project, billing, and client records are subject to the applicable agreements between Dev3 Studio and its clients or collaborators.

Availability and changes

We may maintain, update, restrict, or discontinue parts of Hub when reasonably necessary. We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

Suspension and termination

Dev3 Studio may suspend or remove access when an engagement ends, an invitation is withdrawn, these terms are breached, or security and legal obligations require it.
